I was very honored to realize this unique 102 x 26 in. creation (mixed technique: inks, collages, watercolor, drawing...) for the superb AVRIL boutique (organic cosmetics) from Saint-Malo.
With Annegewella Gaudebert, its manager, we have chosen to emphasize the interaction of the Feminine with the energies of Nature, perceived not as an external resource but as making the World. Indeed, Benzaiten, Japanese goddess of the Arts, sings for the flowers, birds, and elements... which inspire her without interruption.

It is a painting that I hope is animist (in counterpoint to the naturalism described by Ph. Descola) and which celebrates the values dear to the brand AVRIL (organic cosmetics), ethical and strongly committed to protecting the environment.
