If, for any reason whatsoever, you are disappointed with your order, simply return the work to us undamaged, together with its certificate of authenticity.
You will be refunded the price of the work as well as the outbound delivery costs, at the rate of a standard delivery; only the cost of return is payable by you.
HOW TO PROCEED ?
First, let us know of your decision, within fourteen (14) days of receiving the work, by a simple message to: atelier (at) carolinemaby (dot) art.
Then return the work, undamaged and together with its certificate, within fourteen (14) days of your message. The creation must reach us in the same perfect condition as when it left the studio.
As soon as the work is received and checked, your refund is made within fourteen days, using the payment method used for the order.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Creations personalized with a dedication can be neither exchanged nor refunded: a named dedication makes the work unique and specific to its recipient.
