In accordance with articles 6-III and 19 of Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (L.C.E.N.), as well as with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the following legal notice is brought to the attention of the users and visitors (hereinafter the "User") of the website www.carolinemaby.art (hereinafter the "Site").

Connection to and navigation on the Site by the User implies full and unreserved acceptance of this legal notice, which is accessible on the Site under the "Legal Notice" section.

ARTICLE 1 – THE PUBLISHER

The Publisher is registered with the National Business Register (Registre national des entreprises, RNE) under SIREN number 488 047 523 (SIRET 488 047 523 00011). As an artist-author affiliated with the Maison des Artistes, Caroline Maby does not carry on a commercial activity and is not registered with the trade and companies register (registre du commerce et des sociétés). ARTICLE 2 – THE HOST

ARTICLE 3 – ACCESS TO THE SITE

The Site is accessible everywhere, 24/7, save in cases of force majeure or scheduled or unscheduled interruption, which may in particular arise from maintenance requirements. The Publisher cannot be held liable in the event of any modification, interruption or suspension of the Site.

ARTICLE 4 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All the elements making up the Site — its structure, its texts, and the photographs and reproductions of Caroline Maby's works — are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of the Publisher. Any reproduction, representation, distribution or exploitation, in whole or in part, of these elements, by any means whatsoever, without the Publisher's prior written authorisation, is prohibited and would constitute infringement within the meaning of articles L335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

ARTICLE 5 – PERSONAL DATA

The Site ensures the collection and processing of the User's personal data in a manner that respects privacy, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, files and individual liberties.

The data controller is the Publisher. The data collected is processed solely to respond to the User's requests and, where applicable, to manage orders placed on the Site. The User has a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of their data, which they may exercise by writing to atelier@carolinemaby.art, and may lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority (Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés, CNIL).
